Mayflower 1970 Postcard, featuring 1968 4d Artists collection stamp.

Part of my postcard collection, I have since sold the postcard.

The card is at least 48 years old and in good condition, It features on the back a short note home from a Walter to his Mother who was living in Nottingham at the time. Also featured are a 1968 stamp from the artist's collection, the stamp shows a painting of Queen Elizabeth the first and the postmark was from the actual ship in the picture where the card was posted from on the 16th July 1970.
